the selection just felt limited to me. I was hoping for more options, but there really wasn’t much to choose from

I’m really happy with these mugs overall. They feel good quality and are perfect for using at home. One of them had a tiny mark on it, but it wasn’t a big deal and I’m still pleased with the set. I’d definitely buy these again if I needed more.

I tried getting help with my order, and wow, what a mess. The replies were super slow and barely answered what I was asking. It felt like nobody gave a damn, just a bunch of clueless clowns passing the issue around. I definitely wouldn’t bother using them again...

The box arrived badly crushed, which was frustrating. At this point I’m kind of tired of having to reach out to customer service for stuff like this, so it was just another annoying thing to deal with...

I ordered from monpote.co.uk and, from what I remember, the delivery felt much slower than I was expecting. I’m a bit hazy on the exact dates now, but I definitely remember thinking it was dragging on.
There wasn’t much clear info while I was waiting either, so I kept having to check myself to see if anything had changed. That’s probably the part that stuck with me most, because it’s annoying when you just want a simple update on where your parcel is.
The item itself was fine when it eventually arrived, so I don’t really have complaints there. But the slow delivery kind of took the shine off it, and I’d probably think twice before ordering again if I needed something quickly.
